Will OpenAI go bankrupt? 🤔

This is a question many people are asking.

I’ve been reading that OpenAI will lose 5 billion dollars this year.

That is a lot!

They also have a ton of competition. Even the free alternatives like Llama 3.1 are getting pretty good.

These models cost a fortune to train and run. OpenAI might lose money for a LONG time.

I’ve been continuing to get outside and enjoy the summer as much as possible.

(I know I’ll be stuck inside a lot this winter!)

Part of me hates being pulled away from the computer (It's hard to get work done during the summer), but part of me loves it.

The more I get away from the computer, the more inspiration I get to work when I need to.
