I've got a couple of quick things to share that are pretty cool!
🆕 ChatGPT's New “Canvas” Feature is Here!
OpenAI has just rolled out Canvas, a new way to collaborate on writing and coding.
I’ve been using it all morning ☕️ - I’m really loving it!
One major problem with ChatGPT has been that if you get it to write something for you, there is no way to edit it unless you want it to redo the entire thing.
Now with Canvas, you can ask it to write a first draft of something. It opens up a new window in a workspace kind of thing. It is almost like Google Docs, or something like that.
You can change the font size, add bold and italics, H1, H2, etc.
You can also ask ChatGPT to re-write part of the document (without ruining the whole thing). For example, you can highlight one paragraph, and ask it to improve just that one.
You can even edit some of it yourself. (It lets you type right in there, just like it is a Google Doc.)
You need to try it for yourself if you haven’t yet. It is a game-changer.
