What is the Most Important Skill in the Age of AI?

I’ve been thinking a lot about AI lately.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed with all of the new tools, new features, new everything.

It’s a full time job just keeping up with it.

(The problem is, you don’t earn any money just keeping up with it, so it isn’t much of a job) Oops… 🙃 

We’ve been experimenting with a lot of new things at AI Growth Guys. I’m going to be an open book with what we’re doing and share it with you guys.

We’ll share the winning ideas and the losers (There are plenty of bloopers you can laugh at 😀)

This brings me to the main idea:

What is the most important skill in the age of AI?

Being as human as possible

The best results we’ve had so far is when we share personal stories, and when we reach out to real people on LinkedIn.

People have been hiding behind their computers for long enough.

But now they aren’t even people behind their computers.

They are using AI to write on their behalf.

I don’t know about you, but I can spot anything that ChatGPT or any of the AI writers write from a mile away.

Even when people do human editing, it is easy to tell which parts they edited and which parts they didn’t.

This gives a huge opportunity to everyone else.

People are starving for human connection and content.

Here is the tip of the day for business and life:

As you learn more about AI and how to use it effectively in your own life, spend just as much time figuring out how you can be more human.

AI has no personal life experience. You do.

We are in a golden age of having access to a new tool that can make us insanely more productive.

But make sure you are letting the AI improve what you do, not just do it for you.

Too many people are writing 100x more content, but each piece of content is 30% worse than what they could do on their own.

Don’t make that mistake.

Think about how you can share more personal stories and how you can make more real human connections.

Then go do it.
