Sorry I’ve Been Quiet. Here’s What We’ve Been Building.

Check out this new AI stuff...

Hey guys

Sorry I’ve been away for almost a year.

I’ve been working hard in the background.

But I didn’t want to email just to email.

I didn’t want to spam you unless I actually had something useful to share.

Now I do.

What Changed Over the Past Year

Two big things happened.

1️⃣ AI coding tools became ridiculously powerful

To the point where small teams can move fast.

We’ve been using them daily to build real tools — not experiments.

And we’re going to start sharing:

  • What we’re building

  • What’s actually working

  • Where AI is actually useful

  • Where it’s overhyped

2️⃣ AI writing is everywhere

There’s so much AI slop now that it’s getting harder to stand out with just text.

So we leaned heavily into:

  • 🎥 Video

  • 🎙 Podcasts

  • 🎧 Audio-first content

Because personality still wins.

I know there is a lot of AI video slop too, but it’s still easier to stand out with video than just relying on the written word.

What We Built (And Use Ourselves)

Originally, this wasn’t even meant to be sold.

We just wanted something that was:

  • Super easy

  • No complicated setup

  • Records mic + system audio

  • 4 separate tracks

  • Remote podcasting

  • Screen recording

  • No virtual drivers

  • No weird routing

Basically… a cleaner, simpler alternative to Riverside.

We’ve been using it to build podcasts and YouTube channels for different niches that got monetized quickly.

People kept asking what we were using.

So we decided to release it.

It’s called Podsplice.

We priced it at $15/month.

Simple.

If you’re doing:

  • Remote interviews

  • Reaction videos

  • Tutorials

  • Podcasts

…it just works.

Make Your Own AI Music 🎵

A couple weeks ago I spent 90 minutes scrolling royalty-free music libraries.

Everything sounded like:

“Corporate Motivation Track #38”

Here’s the problem.

When you download stock music, thousands of other creators are using the same track.

So I decided to try to generate something with AI.

To be honest, it was way better and way easier than I thought it would be.

The Simple Workflow:

Step 1: Tell ChatGPT or Gemini the purpose of the music you are trying to create.
Step 2: Ask for 10 instrumental vibe styles.
Step 3: Paste those styles into Suno.com (it’s free to use unless you need commercial rights immediately, super fun to play with)
Step 4: Generate.
Step 5: Trim it to 15–20 seconds.

Done.

You can even upload a reference track — or hum into your phone — and use it as a seed.

The quality is way better than most people think.
